Pre-Employment Questionnaire 

Thank you for your interest in applying with us! It is important for you to know we recognize our employees as one of our most valuable assets. Without them, we would not be able to have continued success in providing the highest quality of food, beverage, and service for our valued guests. 

Michael’s Seafood Restaurant is open 7 days a week from 11:00am until 9:00pm and extended operating hours during peak tourist season. Dependent on the position(s) you are applying for may determine how those shifts are structured. Once you are contacted and an interview is scheduled with someone with our management team, we will be able to provide you with further detailed information about our shifts and scheduling.
